ABOUT VICTORIA SITHY

Victoria has been with Felins for 7 years and is the strategist behind our marketing, social media and trade show efforts. She started at Felins in 2017 in the Customer Service Role then transitioned to Marketing Specialist in 2019 to optimize her creative abilities in photography, videography, and social media management. Today, she wears a lot of hats as the head of our tradeshow logistics and coordination, manager of Marketing Interns, and works to evolve with the constantly changing landscape of SEO and analytics. 

At the heart of her professional journey lies a commitment to continuous learning and growth. Victoria actively participates in several Marketing Roundtable groups, engaging with peers bi-monthly to compare insights, exchange ideas, and expand their knowledge of evolving marketing trends. The collaboration with her peers is something that Victoria values very much. 

Outside of Felins, Victoria is a restauranteur and is able to apply her marketing and social media skills to the restaurant industry as well. She's co-owned 3 restaurants with her siblings over the span of 12 years. Their restaurants have won awards such as #1 Rated Restaurant by TripAdvisor, earning a spot on Thrillest's Best Restaurants in Milwaukee, Yelp's Top 50 Places to Eat, and winning the award for Excellence in Small Business 2023 - a recognition by the State of Wisconsin. She's attributed much of her family's success to the knowledge she's honed through her experiences at Felins and in the world of marketing. Additionally, she does consulting for small local businesses, extending her expertise to the broader community and helping them navigate challenges to achieve transformative turnarounds. 

In her spare time, Victoria enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and seeking adventure! This past year, her journeys have taken her to Hawaii, Germany, and Greece and her favorite part was trying all of the different foods, immersing in the local culture, and learning of the area's history. Victoria's multifaceted approach to life and work makes her an invaluable asset at Felins and beyond.
