Lisa is very passionate about the food industry and has found a beautiful balance between work and life as she constantly researches the world of food and food trends and brings those learnings into her own home. She loves to grow her own herbs and veggies year round, cook and create her own recipes and host friends and family. She is particularly known for growing her own ghost peppers and creating homemade hot sauces and ghost pepper jam. She is a true foodie at home and at work and is passionate about the industry.

As the Banding Sales Manager for the Food Industry at Felins, Inc, Lisa is entrusted by food companies, both small and large, to optimize their operations, extend product shelf life, and enhance consumer experiences. Her specialization lies in adhesive-free labeling, automatic sleeving, ultrasonic banding solutions, and sustainable packaging systems. With a commitment to innovation, Lisa champions eco-friendly club packing solutions that not only simplify the packaging process but also reduce environmental impact. Her expertise helps clients minimize waste, lower labor costs, and streamline packaging operations while creating stunning shelf appeal.

Lisa introduced her own YouTube series, "Felins Foodie," a testament to her dedication to educating her clients about product line inefficiencies and championing sustainability in food packaging. Her insights and commitment earned her the prestigious PMMI On The Rise Award through the Emerging Leaders Network in 2018, a recognition of her outstanding achievements and unwavering dedication to the industry. Lisa has a drive for growth, learning, and continuous improvement in all areas of her life and she is a fierce friend and family member. With a true love for her customers, she has helped to work internally to influence developments of new solutions and materials. Putting her customer’s needs and pain points first, she takes joy in helping them find solutions that will ultimately help them and cater to consumer and industry trends, leading to a beautiful supplier and customer relationship that lasts for years.

Beyond her role at Felins, Lisa has a notable presence in the packaging industry. She served on the Emerging Leaders Committee and currently serves on the Program Planning committee for PMMI, key roles that shape the future of packaging and processing technologies. Her dedication was recognized with the prestigious PMMI On the Rise Award, highlighting her contributions to the industry. Lisa is also an active Executive Council Member of the Packaging and Processing Women's Leadership Network, where she shares insights and fosters connections with other industry leaders.
