Gina Baldwin is not just a Banding Sales Manager; she's a dynamic force in the E-Commerce order fulfillment segment, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for sustainability to her role at Felins. Gina's journey in the professional world began with a strong educational foundation at Butler University, setting the stage for a career marked by achievements and leadership.

Gina spent six impactful years of her career at SMC Corporation of America, a global leader in industrial pneumatics. After graduating from SMC’s Sales Academy she was selected to move into their Global Accounts program. During this time as a Global Account Representative, Gina honed her skills by managing key accounts, including renowned names such as Coca-Cola. Her dedication and expertise earned her recognition as a standout professional in her field. In 2018, Gina's commitment to excellence was acknowledged when she was awarded the PMMI On the Rise Award by the Emerging Leaders Committee. This prestigious recognition highlighted her potential as a future leader and innovator in the packaging and processing industry. Throughout Gina’s career, she’s found that having the opportunity to fully immerse herself into industry segments is what inspires her – it becomes less about selling and more about tailored application based solutions.

In 2021, Gina brought her wealth of experience and accolades to the Felins team as the E-Commerce Banding Sales Manager. In this role, she has swiftly become a thought leader in the E-Commerce/ order fulfillment sector. Gina is at the forefront of tracking industry trends and is dedicated to educating audiences on the crucial intersection of sustainability, automation, & the customer experience. Gina's impact goes beyond sales, she’s an active member of MHI’s SLAM Industry Group & won an award for Technology & Standards Committee Member of the Year in 2023. She also works closely with third-party logistics companies and fulfillment centers, optimizing their end-of-line bundling & packaging processes. This includes the challenges associated with multi-item orders when it comes to order fulfillment/automation and ease of recyclability. Her expertise shines, especially in the ‘last 100 feet of fulfillment’, ensuring that the process & packaging aligns seamlessly with the fast-paced demands of E-Commerce fulfillment.

In addition to having fun at Felins, Gina loves spending quality time with family & friends! Whether it’s while traveling, golfing, going to art exhibits/ concerts; attending sporting events; or just playing games at home - creating memorable experiences together is very important to her. Which is very fitting with her new favorite quote from her recent wedding “Marriage is a mosaic you build with your spouse. Millions of tiny moments that create your love story.”
