Felins Spotlight: The Multitalented Francesca De Martino
At Felins, we take pride in nurturing and supporting emerging talents, and Francesca De Martino, our Sales & Marketing Intern, exemplifies our commitment to empowering the next generation. Francesca's journey from Homestead High School in Mequon, WI, to DePaul University in Chicago, IL, showcases her dedication to education and her bright future ahead.
As an incoming Junior at DePaul, Francesca is majoring in marketing with a concentration in sales leadership and pursuing a minor in management. Her insatiable thirst for knowledge is evident through her plans to continue her education with a master's degree, demonstrating her commitment to lifelong learning.
Before joining Felins, Francesca spent five years at Shully's Cuisine and Events, where she honed her customer service skills, working at various events, from business parties to weddings. Her experience there gave her a strong foundation, but she sought a different path that aligned with her long-term goals.
Francesca discovered Felins through an Indeed job posting, recognizing it as an opportunity to transition into a corporate environment. She's enthusiastic about gaining real-world experience and contributing to our team's success. Her commitment to her internship reflects her proactive approach to career development.
As our Marketing and Sales Intern, Francesca wears many hats. She contributes to our online presence by focusing on YouTube SEO and website optimization. She's also a talented writer, crafting engaging blog posts for our website. Her involvement extends to content creation on our social media platforms, ordering and organizing Felins promotional items, and taking part in the decorating committee for our new office space.
Outside of work, Francesca leads an active and exciting life. Her hobbies include golfing, shopping, boating, reading, swimming, and traveling. She enjoys soaking up the sun at the beach, listening to music, and attending concerts. Francesca's diverse interests make her a dynamic addition to our team.

- She's a concert enthusiast, having attended four shows in a single year. Her taste in music is impressive and includes concerts by country star Morgan Wallen, pop sensation Taylor Swift to rapper Yung Gravy.
Francesca De Martino is a shining example of the bright future ahead for both our team and herself. We're excited to see her grow and thrive at Felins and beyond. She will be departing her internship at the end of the Fall 2023 semester to pursue advanced classes in the Spring 2024 semester and prepare for grad school the following year.
